This 20 minute exercise is a tool to help you let go of what holds you back. It uses a visual metaphor of getting stuck, noticing that you have gotten stuck, and making the choice, again and again, to let go of what is blocking you.
As with all intentional practices, when you listen to this guided practice, find a place that is conducive to turning within and tuning out external distractions. When you have finished, take a few moments and notice your internal state. Do you feel calmer? quieter? relaxed? If possible, let yourself move toward other activities in a relaxed way.
