Want a practice that takes less than 10 minutes a day and helps ground you in what matters most? Here is a basic self-hypnosis exercise. Once you learn the exercise, practice it on your own, once or twice a day. If you take the time for this practice, after a week or two, you can begin to notice subtle benefits.
